About: Long Stratton Medical Partnership

In the last month, both my wife and I have experienced problems obtaining medication. We separately had on the day appointments for new but different conditions. We were given medication, just enough for 28 days, but not told what to do after that time. The medication was not added to our repeat prescriptions. I now find myself out of medication when the leaflet with it states that it may not be effective until 6 weeks and not to stop it until instructed to by a doctor. I have tried to get an appointment to ask the doctor but nothing available. 111 just tell me that I must see my doctor. I am so worried. What do I do?

Dear Patient, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you have not been properly informed on your medication, but as this is a very specific request we do need to hear from you. You can either contact our dispensary team who will task the doctor to ask the question, or if you prefer you can email your query to us at lsmp.d82037@nhs.net. Please do get in touch as soon as possible as this post is anonymous and without your name and contact details we cannot help.
