(as a relative),

We just lost my wee Granny at Forth Valley and I cannot express just how caring and empathetic the entire team was towards her and us.

From the care assistants and porters to the consultants and especially the palliative care nurses, these people had endless love for our wee granny in her final days.

Across the week, over 30 people visited my gran and with more than 15 of us on the final day we must have been a bit of pain to the staff but they didn’t flinch and continued to provide unparalleled care right till the end.

A credit to the NHS.
