"Brilliant GP surgery, thank you"

I just wanted to take the time to say a big thank you to Roundwell GP practice.

I have been with Roundwell since you opened many years ago and never had any issues and have always been happy with the service for myself and my daughter.

However in the last year I have really seen what a great surgery you are. I have recently given birth to another daughter and my pregnancy was 9 months of hell, from suffering with constant sick, to the high levels of anxiety I experienced due to a previous loss and many complications in this pregnancy. Although I was mainly led by the consultant at the hospital, I had to visit the GP many times during my pregnancy and not once did I struggle to get an appointment and each time was met with kind, caring, and empathetic staff- this being from the reception team on the phones, to the GP's and Physician Associate, to the practice nurses and HCAs taking my bloods.

Since having my baby the excellent care has continued and I have felt cared for during appointments with both GPs I have seen since giving birth being extremely kind and caring and going above and beyond during consultations to take the time to ask about my mental well being and not just the issue I presented with.

The GP who carried out my babies 8 week check was phenomenal and showed a real interest in myself and my baby. I felt at ease and that nothing was too much trouble for her and got the sense she really cared.

I have felt high levels of anxiety during this pregnancy and since giving birth, but the staff at this surgery have really made me feel at ease each time I have had contact, so thank you.

I just wanted to pass on this feedback as I know often it is just the negatives we hear, but I feel on this occasion the surgery and its staff should be praised.
