The appointment at Amersham Dermatology Department was exactly on time. The lead surgical nurse explained everything thoroughly. Helped with the consent and made me feel really at ease.

Rarely have I experienced good care and such a lovely bedside manner. It was so refreshing to have such a positive experience. This person should be training others in good customer care. Absolutely exceptional.
