Knowing that I have a point of contact "Community Connector Sharon" in the MacMillan service is great, as I know she's fighting our corner. I couldn't do it without her. I didn't realise what a struggle it would be to get support from local services such as Social Work home care and District Nurses. Cancer really is a battle for all concerned.
