"The department on a whole were very efficient"

About: St John's Hospital / Emergency Medical Assessment

(as the patient),

I attended the Emergency Medical Assessment at St johns hospital Livingston Thursday mid-August.

As soon as I presented the area the clinical support worker welcomed and showed me to waiting area.

I was attended to promptly with courtesy and care. Having presented with infection the nurses efficiency was quick and reassuring.  To find out I was getting admitted they went up and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The department on a whole were very efficient friendly lovely atmosphere.

A special thanks to all staff from CSW to all nurses I'm sorry I can't recall all names but remember. Caitlin, Rachel, Kirsty, Sophie, and Hannah, Your all a credit to the NHS.

Thank you for making my stay a pleasant experience.

Dear Lisab256

Thank you for taking the time to share your story whilst attending Emergency Medical Assessment at St Johns. I was so delighted to read about your experience, the care and kindness you received. I have passed on your story to the team so the staff mentioned can receive your thanks and know the valuable job they are doing.

Best wishes,

Mariska
