I can't falt the doctors or nurses at royal manor, and the majority of the nurses and receptionist are very understanding and respectful ,but recently I was contacted by an unknown receptionist who was not aware of my health issues and was not happy thay were told to inform me about a clinician,s report and thay made me feel I was wasting the clinician and nurses and doctors time with my Health conditions, the response I received over the phone by who ever was on reception felt very hostile and upset me ,so please can more wellbeing and compassion training be given to staff that have to phone patients as the wrong attitude when phoning a patient can seriously affect the patients mental health ,
