Following an accident and ligament injury to my knee I received excellent care in the Southern Health and Social Care Trust NI. The physiotherapy team have been giving me regular appointments and exercises to strengthen muscles which has helped me to become more mobile. I am so grateful to Helen, Grace and James who have supported me through this journey from initial assessment to rehabilitation.
