"Very caring, very helpful and encouraging"

About: Outpatients Services / MSK physiotherapy outpatients

(as the patient),

I had a problem that arose with my knee following hip surgery a few months ago.  I did a self-referral to Physiotherapy and was given an appointment at The Mater Hospital, Belfast.  I saw a lovely physiotherapist, he was very caring, very helpful and encouraging. He took me through a series of exercises that have really helped, thus giving me the motivation to keep them up.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on the experience you had while attending the MSK Physiotherapy Department in the Mater Hospital.

It is always great to hear such positive feedback regarding patient care.

This is one of the ways that we can be assured that the level of care we provide is in line with the high standards we aim to achieve.

I will pass this feedback onto the dedicated professionals working within the Mater MSK team who will really appreciated the positive feedback and recognition.

I will also ensure that the BHSCT Physiotherapy Senior Management Team are made aware of your feedback so it can be shared

Wishing you all the best with your ongoing rehab.
