I started intense CBT in April this year very reluctant to share anything and full of fear. I have had a very kind and understanding therapist who helped me gain so much confidence. Between us we were able to unravel a difficult part of my life. I learned skills that I never thought would let me come away from fear and deep shame.
I hope that someone can feel safe as I was made feel by trying CBT. I am so grateful.
