"It was a waste of my time"

I attended an appointment at Stoke Mandeville hospital. It was a waste of my time, and a waste of NHS resources.

It is the second time I've attended an appointment where they had none of my records, none of my most recent reports or scans, and told me information that contradicts the most recent scan and report which was issued.

It was also suggested that I go private at considerable expense.

I am appalled at this appointment and want to raise awareness for other people who might be less willing to speak up about experiences. This practice needs to be stopped.
