"Very helpful Secretary where nothing is too much trouble"

About: Outpatients / Paediatric clinics

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter has been attending Daisyhill hospital paediatric outpatients for 3 years. Since the beginning we became friends with the consultant’s secretary Maria.

Maria is worth her weight in gold and always goes above and beyond - nothing is too much trouble!! I would email Maria regarding anything to do with my daughter’s care and she will ensure this reaches her Consultant and will follow up where necessary. 

Maria is absolutely brilliant who I feel is great at her job and a real asset to the Paediatrician’s that she works alongside.

Its really reassuring to read that Maria is a strong link to your daughter's consultant and that any queries are followed up timely. I agree she is a real asset to the team.
