"Thanks for your care and support"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Emergency Medicine Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance

(as a relative),

To all involved.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care provided to my mother following her recent fall at home. We are so thankful for the kindness and professionalism shown by everyone involved.

I would like to extend a special thanks to Connor and John from the ambulance service, whose prompt response and compassionate care made a huge difference. Additionally, I want to acknowledge Physician Associate Amy in A&E, who took such great care of my mother. Her expertise and kindness were greatly appreciated.

We are truly grateful for the support and reassurance given to us during a difficult time. Please pass on our heartfelt thanks to all the staff members who assisted in my mother’s care.

With sincere thanks

Dear Diane573,

Many thanks for taking the time to share your feedback here on CareOpinion. I am so sorry to read about your mother fall. This must have been a scary time for you all. Thank you for all your kind words though, It is great to hear positive stories about the work our wonderful staff provide.

If you wish I can pass on the feedback to Connor and John directly. To do so we would need to know the date, time and address that the Ambulance attended and your mothers name. This information can be sent to sas.feedback@nhs.scot for the team to pick up. If you do decide to do this, would you be so kind as to make reference to your CareOpinion username so that the team can easily locate your story and share it with the crew.

I wish you all the very best and thanks again.

Kind Regards

Alan
