I was welcomed at outpatients and promptly invited around to audiology for a hearing test and then back round to outpatients to be seen by Mrs McAndie and her team.
The whole team were very thorough and I felt listened to. The audiology team were also fantastic and took the time to explain my hearing test results which was really informative.
