Thank you to community midwifery team. A special thank you to Holly for care during pregnancy and going out of her way to call to my home and complete a sweep for me at week 39 (the day I went into labour) and Lauren and Heidi for their postpartum support and assistance with breast feeding.

Congratulations on the birth of your little one and thank you for taking the time to provide this lovely feedback for the Community Midwives. I am really glad to her that you felt supported during your pregnancy and the postnatal period and that you got the support that you needed on your breastfeeding journey. I will share this with the team and ensure that Holly, Lauren and Heidi are told of you appreciation.
