Earlier this week, I was scheduled to have pain killing injections in my spine at the above Minor Procedures Unit, to hopefully provide relief from chronic pain. On arrival at Stracathro, the Unit itself was signposted on the roadside but there was a lack of signage outside, what we guessed was, the building containing the unit itself. Easily rectified, I think. There was adequate parking, but we made use of the onsite cafe before my appointment. It was an added bonus. I was taken at my appointment time and the procedure was explained by the consultant Mr Khan and his team. All were very friendly and reassuring. The whole process took around 1 hr,45 mins. The care was of high standard throughout and the ‘what happens next’ was well explained orally and with easily understood documentation issued before I left. Thank you for making this process so supportive and I hope successful in managing my pain for the medium to long term.
