"Always treats me with dignity and confidence"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Dermatology

(as a service user),

I just wanted to recognise the hard work and professionalism of Lynsey from the dermatology ward at Queen Margaret hospital who has been my nurse for nearly 10 years.

She always treats me with dignity and confidence, especially around the biological meds I am on.  She explains and offers advice about all the treatments available to me.  We work as a real team, and I have absolute trust in her clinical opinion. 

She always makes me feel good about myself and I look forward to each appointment.

10 years is a long time under our care and I am pleased you have gained complete trust in our service and you look forward to attending. We really do appreciate any feedback as a team or individual.
