"An excellent service all round"

I have had blood tests done on a regular basis over the last 8 - 9 months at Nethertown practice. My experience has been first class from start to finish. All staff have been very clear on the level of information that they are able to discuss, very knowledgeable on the reasons for the tests, arranging follow up appointments and what will happen if any anomalies are found. All questions I have asked have been answered in very clear terms. If it is felt that clinical input is required it has been very easy to arrange. An excellent service all round.
