"No help whatsoever"

Been on waiting list since March 2022 for my daughter who has adhd and autism. Absolutely no contact from these whatsoever. Any time I attempt to make contact they push to one side and say no medication available. What kind of system is this failing our kids. Nearly 3 years and not one appointment!
