I am so pleased to hear that your mother received excellent care from the medical practice and the practice pharmacist. Open and honest communication with you as a relative can be so reassuring and help you understand your mother's condition and how best she can be supported, as well as providing you with some support that our teams have excellent knowledge and provide compassionate care.

We are delighted to hear that we were able to provide your mum with a high standard of care, which she needed to help keep her at home and out of hospital. We work very hard with our GP colleagues and the community teams in Clydesdale to do all we can to work together to provide patients with all the care they need to keep them safe at home.
