"Awful experience"

Rude nurses with god like syndrome, and even though I went to emergency services still took me 4 hours to be seen by a doctor in training who needed supervisor approval for the given treatment.

I went there with excruciating pain and I had to chase things up as nobody will tell you anything, but when I asked "what is the estimated waiting time" the nurse felt offended and became aggressive and said couple of things. Now imagine the same scenario in a hospitality business, how long do you think that those nurses kept their job?
