(as the patient),

I went for an appointment recently as I had found a lump in my breast. 

I ended up getting the all clear, but it was all thanks to the wonderful staff at the clinic. 

I was left so impressed by the staff who looked after me, and how kind and supporting they all were, especially Brenda!
