"My key worker helping me above and beyond"

My key worker Ange has always been at the end of the phone if I need someone who understands my situation and won't judge me on my past.  So in a recent appointment she noticed I was down and struggling with health again and after our conversation found out I've been trying to get into my drs to make an appointment with no success,  so then she rang them immediately whilst writing an email at same time to the practice explaining the problems and need of appointment.  Well an hour later I get a call with appointment next day thanks to the extra work Ange went to for me to be seen by my Dr. 

Thank you for everything and caring enough to go the extra mile for people that often think society doesn't want to know or accommodate them.
