"Caring and very empathetic"

About: Queen Elizabeth University Hospital Glasgow / Renal and Transplant Services (Ward 4a, 4d)

(as a relative),

When my mum was rushed up to the Queen Elizabeth hospital ward 4a, the staff are absolutely living, caring and very empathetic but most importantly very professional, I only have good things to say.

Thank you for looking after my mum.
