"Helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and competent"

About: Physiotherapy - South Ayrshire

(as the patient),

Had jerked my neck when an aluminium pole accidentally landed on my head in my garage.  My neck, left arm and thumb have been very painful.  I visited Adam , Physiotherapist at Templehill Surgery, Troon. Adam was extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and competent at examining my strength on the left hand side affected.  Adam diagnosed a trapped nerve. Adam gave me exercises to enable the trapped nerve to alleviate itself and free me from the pain I have been suffering. I am very grateful for his care and advice. He is extremely thorough and is really an excellent Physiotherapist.

Dear Remy82617

Thank you so much for taking the time to share feedback on your healthcare experience.

I am sorry to hear that you have been suffering from pain in your neck, arm and hand following a head injury. It is, however, heartening to hear that Adam, your Physiotherapist, was able to listen to you, assess your symptoms and provide you with some suitable exercises to improve this for you. This is a lovely example of the person centred care that we strive to deliver.

Our staff really appreciate receiving feedback from their patients and it will be my pleasure to ensure your lovely comments are shared with Adam.

Please accept my best wishes for your ongoing recovery and thank you once again for taking the time to acknowledge your care experience.

Kind Regards

Pamela
