About: Bradford Royal Infirmary

My 94 year old father in law was taken to BRI by ambulance after suffering severe nosebleeds for several hours. I went with him in the ambulance and from the moment we arrived he was treated promptly and with compassion. Every staff member we encountered was caring even up to the lady on A and E reception who insisted on sorting me a taxi home at 1 am. He was transferred to Ward 18 for observation and the staff there kept me up to date by phone and rang when he was on his way home so I could be there when the ambulance arrived. I’ve had several visits to Airedale hospital A and E with him over the last few years and I must say the care at Bradford was much better in every way. Thank you everyone.

I am sorry to hear of your father in laws illness, it must have been a very worrying time for you.

It is great to hear that he was treated promptly and with compassion and you felt that all the staff were caring and willing to assist you.
