"Very efficient in rescheduling my appointment"

About: New Victoria Hospital / X-rays and scans

(as a service user),

I received a letter for a scan, unfortunately I will be away on the day allocated. Called the telephone number provided and spoke with a lovely lady whose name I didn’t catch. She was polite, friendly and very efficient in rescheduling my appointment. She chatted away and I came off the call with a smile on my face. Sorry I didn’t catch your name, but thank you for the way you treated me.
