"A massive thank you for everything that you do"

Larne Adult Centre has a really high standard of care, from the minute my daughter leaves the house she is spotless and she comes home spotless. The staff tend to all her toileting needs, regarding her skin, I am very particular, I make her own skin cream all organic her skin is perfect and they look after it as well as me.

She suffers from severe anxiety and doesn't cope well with change. The staff sit her down and take time to explain to her about any changes or what is going to happen if it is different to the normal routine. 

The staff are so approachable, so good, they keep me up to date with all information, we have a communication book I find this great, I can write messages to the staff and they can write any messages to me too. It helps if Jane is off other staff standing in can refer to the book for an update about my daughter, we are so appreciative of what they do.

The activities are great and are increasing since covid. We have every confidence in the staff in keeping her safe, we have a lovely relationship with them we can to approach them about anything and know any issues will be sorted immediately. We had a letter sent home about the length of time she was on the bus, but we don't see that as a negative, because she is enjoying being on the bus with her friends.

The drivers are so good, Gary says a good morning and afternoon everyday along with a smile and a chat, it's lovely to see him communicating with my daughter. They're doing a great job, a big shout out to Jane and Kelly - a massive thank you for everything that you do. You're expertise doesn't go unnoticed.
