"5 stars experience"

I visited the Wheelchair Services in Motherwell today. Since it's not far from my home, I decided to walk there.

I have a wheelchair from the National Health Service, and it had a slight problem, so I went in to get it fixed. The receptionist, Maureen, was really nice to me. Dave, the technician, asked me to bring in the wheelchair, and within 10 minutes, he had it sorted and fixed. While my wheelchair was being repaired (which didn’t take long), Maureen spoke with me again and made sure I wasn’t alone. She even took care of a small issue for me.

The service was absolutely fantastic. I was very well looked after, and I feel that feedback is especially important and well-deserved on these occasions!

People going out of their way to make your experience a good one is rare these days, but it’s very much appreciated. Both Maureen and Dave were incredibly attentive, helpful, and did a great job for me. Thank you so much for everything!
