"Food poisoning from post surgery chicken sandwich"

About: General Surgery / Surgical Unit

(as a service user),

The team at the hospital were super and the care well above what I have previously experienced in an NHS setting , however, I did get food poisoning from a post surgery chicken sandwich which was horrific and I needed emergency services and further treatment following this… I would like the hospital to be aware of this.
