About: East Kilbride Locality Support Service / Treatment Room (East Kilbride)

(as the patient),

I went to EK treatment Rooms for my bloods to be taken. The receptionist was lovely and helpful. I had Karen take my bloods for me. She made me feel at ease and was lovely to my young 8 year old son who occupied me to the session. I did not have to wait long to be taken, even thou I went in the afternoon and it was busy. The area was clean and well organised.

It is reassuring to read that your experience has been positive, from your interaction with the administration staff to having your bloods taken by Karen.
