About: Southern Health & Social Care Trust / Urgent Care Centre (Phone First)

(as the patient),

Attended Urgent Care in Daisy Hill - I couldn't fault any aspect of my treatment. Nurse Hilary (triaging on phone) Hayden HCA and Dr Rogers (both in the unit) were all exceptional. Could not sing their praises highly enough.  Very many thanks for being so good to me, very much appreciated.

Its great to read about the positive journey you experienced right through from the triaging nurse, the health care assistant and the Doctor.
