(as the patient),

I had another scan on Monday in mid August with the wonderful Cathie. I honestly can't tell you how much I enjoy getting my scans done by her. She explains everything to me clearly and makes sure I understand everything. This time my scan showed some extra fluid which she talked me through, and explained that my next scan would be with a consultant. Thanks for always making me feel comfortable and giving me clear explanations. I hope I manage another scan with you before my baby boy arrives .

Many thanks for taking the time to submit feedback for our maternity services and in particular our maternity scan department. The description of your care is exactly what we strive to do - deliver person centred care that is compassionate at all times. Cathie sounds like she has delivered this care by explaining your scan in detail and next steps. I will ensure Cathie sees your feedback and ask the question that you see her again before you give birth to your little boy!
