"Amazing service"

Amazing service. The hca who showed me around and where to go was absolutely amazing and makes you feel at ease whilst getting you prepared for surgery. I had a surgical procedure carried out under local anaesthetic, it is very uncomfortable and slightly painful however a nurse stood next to me and chatted the whole time, she made me feel at ease and comforted me throughout with her reassurance. I then also had an implant fitted straight after the surgery which again was slightly uncomfortable but was done straight away. The aftercare in recovery was exceptional, they couldn’t have done enough for me, I felt very emotional after but mainly because I was so grateful for the care I was receiving. They carried out observations, offer you refreshments and have a chat with you. Also very dignified care so you never feel uncomfortable.

Throughout my whole experience from consultation to being discharged I felt safe and really looked after. Thank you to BPAS Bournemouth I hugely appreciate the work you do.
