About: Astley Ainslie Hospital / Speech and Language Therapy NHS Lothian

(as a service user),

I find speech & therapy & dieticians & everyone else really helpful and good at their jobs and explain everything really well.

Physio sessions area really good but not long enough - say they last 30 mins but by the time you get there and back not enough time to fully get into it. Probably because of understaffing.

Nurses are really professional but sometimes forgetful, probably because they are understaffed.

Doctors explain everything in detail, really helpful, very professional.
