"Phenomenal Home Birth/Community Midwives"

I welcomed my second child into the world in early July at home as I wished with the assistance of 3 wonderful midwives, Lisa, Julie and Caitlin. They came to my home, read my birth plan, checked a few things over with me and then left me to labour in peace just as I had wanted. They were so calm and reassuring. They respected every one of my wishes which left me feeling safe and in control of my birth. I honestly couldn't have asked for more. It was my absolute dream birth. And the icing on the cake is that I had 2 wonderful community midwives and a student midwife supporting me through my pregnancy - Kirsty, Elizabeth and Donna. They all championed my choices in regards to the care that I did or did not want during pregnancy. Thank you again to all of the midwives I met along my journey. I hope to meet you all again when it's time for number 3!
