"Very poor experience "

I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent visit to the development clinic. During this visit, the assigned nurse did not properly check my baby. as part of his routine developmental assessment. I was disappointed by this lack of attention, as I believe it is important to ensure my child’s health and development are carefully monitored. She finished our appointment within 15 minutes of time. I felt like the nurse just wanted to finish her work quickly rather than to do her work properly. She seems to be bothered by asking questions. We really need the advises and kind help with this. Nurses should pay attention to be kind and generous with mothers and babies. I kindly request that this issue be addressed to prevent it from happening in the future. I trust that appropriate action will be taken to maintain the high standards of care I expect from the clinic.
