"Kind, supportive and patient"

About: Dr Gray's Hospital / Emergency Medicine

(as a relative),

I am writing this to express my gratitude for the care my father received at Elgin A&E department recently.

From the minute we arrived at the department, the doctor was very thorough and listened to me and my father’s concerns. She was kind, supportive, patient and kept coming back to check in on him.

The student nurse was also very supportive, kind and very good at her job she even made me, my daughter and my father a cup of coffee.

After he received his treatments we were allowed to take him home. I’m so sorry I can’t remember all their names but I would like to thank you all again for the great care he received, you are all angels 😇.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your gratitude on Care Opinion giraffezw58. It is always lovely to hear from our patients and families and I hope your father is making good progress with is recovery.

Kindness, support and patience are at the heart of everything we do and the little things like a cup of coffee can make such a huge difference.

I will make sure this is passed to all the staff in the A&E department who will be delighted to know about the difference they made.

Take care,

Corrine
