Nicole the nurse in charge of receiving day case patients put you at ease straight away, while Ruth the anaesthetic nurse reassured you about the procedure and recover, Simon the hand surgeon gave a very reassuring explanation of what would happen and the post op recovery period. All in all great team work by a very busy unit.

We pride ourselves on working well as a team, despite as you said, being a very busy unit so I am glad to hear that you were satisfied with the team work displayed during your time with us.
