"Medical Records Assistance"

About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute)

(as the patient),

I moved area and from my previous hospital to a new one, which meant that I have to attend a different hospital for ongoing assistance. I had a few questions regarding getting my previous medical records from my old hospital, so they can be put in my new hospital notes. I received assistance from Patricia in medical records. She was very prompt in her replies, helpful by offering to go over and above to assist me, efficient and kind with helping me and genuinely wanted to help me further if I had difficulties in contacting Medical Secretaries about my queries. I very much appreciated all her input and assistance. She was good at her job and very professional.
