"First Class Medical Staff"

About: The Royal London Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

Following an operation for aspine issue I had a further problem where my wound did not heal and got infected.

After initial treatment by the excellent Spinal Team (Kirsten and Jan take a bow) sadly I had to be readmitted for a washout and was admitted to Ward 12C.

I was welcomed to the ward by Kim who explained everything and advised she was the nurse in charge of my care. What an utter Gem you have there. Other staff who I can recall were, Margaret, Shawn, Precious, Kai, Oliver. Every single one, without exception, were excellent. Of course, there were others who sadly, names I do not recall, again, excellent.

Then we come to the catering. There was not one single meal that I was served that I considered passable as a decent meal. Completely Shocking.

First Class Medical Staff, First Class Support Staff, Fifth Rate Catering and that is generous.
