About: Community Alarm (MECS)

(as a relative),

The Community Alarms Mobile Emergency Service assisted our dad when he needed assistance overnight. The carers Yvonne and Zak were excellent, very caring, patient and friendly. Our dad has dementia, impaired vision and can get easily distressed but their calm and friendly approach made him feel at ease. We cannot commend the carers and this vital service enough. Well done!
