"Horrible staff"

About: Erith & District Hospital

I would like to start by saying I had a really good experience with the doctor he was very attentive. However the receptionist staff were very rude and lack hospitality and communication skills. I was asking questions about checking in as I had previously called 111 and I was met with passive aggressive attitude and a rude response. They did not answer my question but attacked me with their words. After I saw the doctor I asked where the closest pharmacy is and they told me to google it ? And were very dismissive. I am not happy about this. maybe you should employ people who actually enjoy their jobs and want to help people.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Feedback is always welcomed and we use it to try and improve the service we are able to offer patients.

I have shared you concerns with the staff that were working that day for them to reflect on.

We do have a certain level of professionalism that we expect from all our staff and I am sorry that on the day you attended you felt you did not receive this.

I am glad to hear that you were happy with the Doctor that treated you and I do hope you are recovering well.
