"Queue jumping"

I arrived on time for my RSV vaccination. I had no time to waste as my grandchildren were waiting in the car. People ahead of me in the queue were told there was no problem arriving an hour early so they were taken before me. I had to wait for over 20 minutes which was stressful on this occasion. Perhaps give appointment clients their time and ask the queue jumpers to fit into a free space in future? Staff were efficient and pleasant.
