"Support from Woodlands Resource Centre"

About: Falkirk Community Hospital / Woodlands Resource Centre

(as a service user),

I was referred to Woodlands through the mental health nurse at my GP Practice. Their support has been invaluable and I can’t speak highly enough of the staff that I worked with. The Mindfulness and MERGE group was a great opportunity to reflect and to learn new skills to support my mental health. This was intimidating initially as it was a group session, however, once settled into the group it was extremely beneficial.

My key worker done a lot of work with me prior to attending this group until she believed I was ready to participate in the group. She was a great support and helped me to look at things in my life in a different way to aid in my progress.
