"The service received was first class"

About: Dr Gray's Hospital / Ambulatory Emergency Care (AEC)

(as a service user),

Following the completion of my radiography treatment I couldn't stop vomiting

I contacted the cancer help group and they speedily arranged for me to be seen at the A&E department at Dr Grays in Elgin

When I arrived I was very quickly seen and prescribed anti sickness drugs and put on a drip for two hours.

The doctors and nursing staff were superb with special mention to Meghan and Abby.

The service received was first class and I left feeling the benefit of their swift action.

I was then speedily transferred to inpatients.

Well done to all

Dear OldIan,

Thank you for getting I touch to tell us about your experience at the A&E at Dr Gray’s Hospital.

It is lovely to hear you got the help you needed from both the cancer help group and the staff at A&E and that your care was first class. I'll ensure your feedback is passed to all staff in the department and I’m sure Abby and Meghan will be delighted with the special mention.

Thanks again and I hope the rest of your radiotherapy journey goes well.

Take care,

Corrine
