(as the patient),

I was feeling quite anxious about having my coil removed this morning, due to not being able to feel my strings.

The gentlemen I had to remove my coil was amazing. He was extremely nice. He was calm, caring and very soft natured. He didn’t hurt me at all and the whole thing was done in under 1 minute. I couldn’t really believe it!! Please tell him how great we thought he was! (He had a bun!).

Really truly great service! Would come back for any further need for sure!!
