I attended my pre operative assessment at Clackmannanshire Community Health Centre with Sarah. Sarah made me feel completely at ease throughout my appointment which was timely and efficient. The other nurses involved in my assessment were friendly and explained what they were doing and why. I can't think of any improvements.

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback, it is wonderful to receive such lovely comments regarding my staff and the service we provide, we do try to ensure that it is patient centred. I will be sure to pass on these comments to Sarah which I am sure will be nice boost for her.
