"Unhappy experience"

My appointment was 9.30. I attend 9.20, Manual appointment confirmed machine was broken. I went to the waiting area and waited for my turn. After 25 minutes, I went to the reception desk and explained the situation. However, the attendant said that I came late in a way that accused me, I told the situation, but she told me to stop by the reception desk when I first got there. I didn't do this also dont want to them busy,in any of my previous appointments I always did it from the machine without any problem.I didn't ask for a blood sampling appointment at another time because I was late for work and I left.The attendant persistently blamed me and wrote so on the my nhs appointments page.
