"Absolutely Shocking"

Truly awful doctors

I have tried to arrange a call back with a GP regarding a certain matter now and on both occasions they have stated my number doesn't work. However it worked absolutely fine when I booked an appointment in the wrong section on the NHS app so they called me to basically tell me off for doing so.

Do these guys seriously not realise what they are doing to people! They are playing with peoples health and wellbeing. Causing my condition to trigger me into having tremors, fits and be unable to walk due to the stress. In tern making me having to have more sickness off work. Truly atrocious and this is coming from someone who works for the NHS!! Currently in yet another queue trying to speak to someone and some form of management who seemingly have no idea what they are doing.

I truly believe all the surgeries in Telford (not just Teldoc) need to be investigated due their shocking service!
